I am having some issues as well, keep getting a BGI error, would be nice if the uploader can help with some instructions on how to install this game. (and yes I have worked with ISO files before)

I couldn't find the NoDVD patch in the torrent, but you can bypass the DVD check by hex editing BGI.exe as follows:
00364675 : C3 70 82 → 50 05 84
(change the value at address 00364675 from C3 70 82 to 50 05 84)
